Not too far from the fairy tale town of Alberobello, Giuseppe De Carlo, friendly called by all Peppino, opened his restaurant-pizzeria, then called just "Da Peppino." Over time, growing and becoming more famous for great pizza and typical dishes from Puglia, today, after 30 years this restaurant offer to customers high quality cuisine.
The management has always been strictly family, gradually passing from father to son. The name was changed into a restaurant-pizzeria "Il Fragno" to give honor to the ancient trees of this land.
